K & M UNIBODY WORKS

Requested that this job expedited to prepare the vehicle to be repaired and used by the beginning of the work week; parts were ordered the Tuesday before New Year's Day, delivered New Year's Eve and completed the day after New Year's. The job was completed on time and to a very high standard. The owner and staff were fantastic, I am very happy with my experience and will definitely use K&M should I need body work done in the future.

They were great about returning calls and checking in with us about work to be done. Worked well with the insurance company. However, when we got the car back there were little detail that bugged us, like a clicking noise when you open and closed the passenger door that had to be repaired. Also, the automatic window did not work like it had before the repair and a small panel on the inside door handle popped off. The work is under warrantee for the life of the vehicle and they were quick to fix the mistakes. It was just another hassle on top of the hassle of a car accident. It seemed like the work was not properly reviewed before returning the car to us after they were finished. Just makes one wonder. . .

From the first phone call K and M were very professional and congenial. K and M did and excellent job with the repair and kept the repair within the estimate that they gave. K and M kept me well informed to the progress of the work and made sure I was satisfied when I picked up the car. K and M provided me with the best experience I have had with a body shop and I would highly recommend them to others.

After K and M Unibody Works, Inc. repaired our car, it looked like it was new. You would never know it had been in an accident. They're excellent with what they do. They were very personable and called us all the time to say what was going on with the car, what they were doing, when they ordered the parts and when the parts were coming in. They kept us informed about how far along they were getting. They were just excellent. The office staff was excellent. The owner and the workers were all excellent. They took you in the back to show you how far they were on the car, if you went to visit. They went over and above what they had to do.
