I arrived 15 minutes early and they took me right in! The service took about 20 minutes and they took extra precautions with the electrical. They knew what they were doing!. The price was very fair and the people were congenial and efficent.

Car looked pretty bad on the outside pretty quickly as a result. If I lived in the city I would have been more pleased.

The seats and the floor carpet were cleaned very nicely and the floor mats were cleaned well. The overall body of the car looked good but there were many little and not so little things that were missed. The hinges of the doors, the sunroof rim, the top inside of the hatch and the cup holders were filthy. There was also grease spots on the hubcaps. The carpet was not vacuumed under the rubber mat in the cargo area and the mat itself had mud streaks on it. When we pointed out some of the areas that were missed, the employee became very angry and told us to and quot;come back in 30-60 minutes.and quot; The employee then stomped off into the building. When my husband picked the car up 30 minutes later some of the work was done but not all of it. The employee had a better attitude when we picked the car up and he took $10.00 off of the price but we would have rather have paid full price and had the work done well. To us, having the car detailed meant that the details would also be cleaned. We will not be coming back here again, nor we will be recommending the shop to our friends.

Jeff detailed my 2001 Honda inside and outside. He did not have a place to sit so I went over to a restaurant on Indiana. I came back at the appointed time and the car was done!

The work that Jeff did was very good. I asked him to hit a couple things that I felt otherwise might be overlooked. Which he did. However, I was disappointed on a handful of things. My visors with mirrors were not touched at all. Also, some of the moldings were not cleaned, in particular the area all around the trunk that is exposed when the trunk is open, and also the moldings where the convertible top meets the windshield. I thought these things certainly would have been addressed with a full detail, and as such I didn't tell Jeff explicitly that I wanted them done. But you know what happens when we assume. But as I said, the work that was done was of high quality.

I have used Jeff's for several years and always receive outstanding service. Every spring we have our autos detailed inside and out. Today I took in a 2005 Jeep that had been severely abused over the winter. Honestly, the seats and interior looked like the floor of a day care center! I absolutely could not believe my eyes when I picked it up as the interior looked AND smelled like new. I'm sure the only day that it was cleaner was the day it rolled off the assembly line. I highly recommend this company and I will continue to do business with Jeff in the future.
