When I called to make an appointment, I was asked the year, make & model of my car.  I said it was a 2005 Toyota Corolla, then I immediately corrected myself, saying, "Oh, it was my last car that was a Corolla.  This one is a Camry."

I asked what forms of payment were accepted, and I was told cash or credit cards, but no checks.

When I got to the place of business, there was no one in the reception area, but I saw a sign-in sheet that I filled out with my name and all the rest of the information that was requested.  There was also a button that I presumed was a buzzer, but I didn't press it because I thought that employees looked at the sign-in sheet.  My name was the third on the list.

After about half an hour, and seeing a number of customers and employees come and go, I heard newly arrived customers in the reception area talking to an employee, and I decided that I'd better see why I was still waiting.  It turned out that no one was checking the sign-in sheet.  The owner apologized and said that I would be the very next person in line.  He also offered to treat for free the glass on my headlights that had become severely  clouded over the years.

A few minutes later. the employee who took my call came into the reception area and said I had told him I had a Corolla, but my car was a Camry.  I said I had corrected myself on the call.  He said he hadn't heard me make the correction.  They didn't have the right windshield on hand, and it took another half-hour for them to get it to the shop.

When it came time to pay the bill, I saw a sign saying they didn't accept American Express, which I wasn't told when I called and specifically asked what forms of payment were accepted.  Fortunately, I had a Visa card that I used.  But it could have been very awkward if I hadn't had the Visa card.

My credit card was swiped, and the employee gave me a receipt.  I asked, "Don't I have to sign something?"  Only then did  the employee tear off the credit card authorization slip and gave it to me for my signature.

The employee escorted me to my car and pointed out the headlights that had been treated.  They were indeed crystal clear and looked like new.  I saw blue tape on the upper left and right corners of my windshield, and I asked how long the tape had to stay on.  The employee said the tape could come off anytime the next day.  But I'm not sure if this information would have been forthcoming if I hadn't asked.

Then, when I got into my car, I saw my rear view mirror unattached on my dashboard.  I brought that to the employee's attention, and he immediately reattached it.

I was only free in the morning so they came the next day in the morning and finished the job in less than an hour. Did a great job and cleaned up shattered glass from the seat and carpet from the broken window. The window looks and works just like new. I am very happy and satisfied with their work.

The service was completely covered by insurance so I can only estimate the cost. I spoke to my insurance company Monday morning and together we called Jacob's and I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 the next morning. After I described the damage Jacob explained the repair procedure and I was told the that procedure would take about 15 - 20 min. I arrived about 10 min early and was promptly greeted by Jacob himself and he immediately took my car back to the shop. Within 20 min I had my car back, Jacob showed me the repair done and I was on my way home.
Based on this experience I can highly recommend Jacob's for auto glass repair work.

The experience I had with Jacob's Auto Glass was fabulous. When my wife's window was broken, I called them on a Friday night, and although they weren't open on Saturdays, he told me to bring it by in the morning and he fixed it. He's phenomenal. He's great. I would recommend him to anybody. Another time, they fixed a leak in my car's roofing. Another company I went to before them couldn't find a leak. I walked in and told them my problem. Within 10 minutes of the time I got there, they were working on it. They pulled the old windshield out without breaking it and saved it. They found some damage in the actual weld on the roof and sealed it, put the windshield back in. They only charged me $100. It hasn't leaked since then. He deserves a good recommendation and to get the business from it.

Jacob's Auto glass did an excellent job. They replaced the windshield timely and did quality work. After having the windshield installed for some time now the windshield does not leak and the quality of their work was excellent. The price was very reasonable for the windshield and I would definitely use them in the future if I need glass replacement.

The driver's side door glass on my 1999 VW Passat had dropped into the door on the night of Friday 15 February, I contacted Jacob's Auto Glass via email that night. On Saturday morning I called Jacob's Auto Glass to ask about their Saturday hours; Jacob told me that the shop was closed but he was going to the office and would meet me there about 0930 to see what he could do. I arrived at Jacob's Auto Glass shortly after Jacob and he immediately took my car into the repair bay and began the repair; the entire job, including the parts purchase was completed in less than an hour. In my experience, it has been a very long time since any business owner has opened his business to help a customer on a day the business was officially closed (the last time I recall this happening was nearly 50 years ago when my father would do such a thing at his service station). The kindness, integrity and quality of work demonstrated by Jacob's Auto Glass is fabulous. I would definitely encourage anyone needing auto glass repairs to use this wonderful business, you won't be disappointed.

I had taken my 1999 VW Passat to several big name auto glass shops in the Spokane area, none could locate or repair the leaking windshield, as a last resort I found a tried Jacob's Auto Glass and I am so glad I did.
I simply showed up at Jacobs shop, my car was taken into the repair bay and work started no more than 15 minutes after I arrived. The old windshield was removed without breaking it and the leak in a body seam found and repaired within an hour; it was truly amazing how quickly the problem was diagnosed and repaired.
I would encourage anyone needing great and friendly service to try Jacob's Auto Glass.

These guys were GREAT. Safelite quoted $214.00 plus tax and couldn't get to me for two days. I called Jacob's (after a web search) and he said I could come down today. He said he had my windshield in stock and quoted $169.00 plus tax and said it would take about an hour. I came in at 3:00 for my appointment and they were finished by 3:45. There isn't much of a waiting room, the office is kind of combined, but it's comfortable. The also do onsite installations but I was free to come down.
The owner is a fantastic, Christian guy, and an immigrant who had been in the US for nineteen years. He had a bible on his desk. As we were chatting as I paid and finished the paperwork, he got a phone call from a woman whose side window had been broken out by vandals while she was at work. This was now almost 4:00. He asked how soon she could come down, saying that they usually closed at 5:00. She apparently really needed it done as soon as possible and worked downtown and it might be twenty minute or so. He told her and quot;Come on down and we'll make it work.and quot; He then had one of his guys go to pick up the part. He told me about the call and how there was a lot of car window breakage in Spokane. A lot of it for theft of stuff in the car but a fair amount of it vandalism.
His comment: and quot;This is such a great country, I don't understand why people don't have as much respect as they should.and quot;
I hope to not need auto glass again but if I do, I will ONLY go to Jacob's.
