This company has done 3 roofs on our house 1975, 1996, and 2024. They do a great job every time. This year it was John Edward, Hayden, Cory, and another John that is real fast and efficient job on the shingles. They are all very courteous, professional, trustworthy, they all show up on time, and they all cleaned up all the debris each day which we appreciated. They also built a temporary ramp to protect all of the shrubs and plants while they tore off all the layers of the old roof. Nothing got damaged which was great! Inland Roofing and Supply, Inc. is the best company!

Inland recently completed my residential re-roof job (June, 2023) Very satisfied with the entire process. They gave me a very competitive price and the final outcome was great. I had inland roofing install a new roof and skylight and they did an outstanding job. The owner John and his son Hayden and their workers were all very professional and genuinely cared about doing a professional installation. I also had them replace an old skylight and they did a fantastic job on that as well. They were always very timely, communicated the every day plans and above all they were very trustworthy. We contracted with Inland Roofing and Supply to replace our roof in 2009 and they did an excellent job. We have been very happy with their work and we have now hired them to replace our skylight (something we probably should have done when we had the roof replaced). They had measured the opening for the skylight in 2009 but John came out to double check the measurements to determine if this was a standard size skylight or one that would need to be custom ordered. It turned out to be a standard size and he brought one with him when he came to make the installation. He also brought a piece of plywood which he had precut and measured just in case the skylight didn't fit the opening so that he could cover the opening until he could get a skylight that would fit. Fortunately, the standard size skylight that he brought with him was a perfect fit. He and his son, who is the fourth generation of the family member to work in the business, removed the old skylight which was badly in need of replacing and installed the new one. They took great care to make sure it was well sealed and then did an excellent job of cleaning up everything before they left. We highly recommend Inland Roofing and Supply whether it is a new roof or skylight replaced.

Inland Roofing did an exceptional job on installing our new roof. They were punctual, hardworking, and finished the roof and skylights in a timeframe acceptable to us. John, is honest, knowledgeable and a perfectionist in making sure things were done correctly. He has passed his knowledge and hard work ethic to his son Hayden. John was great to work with. He gave me good direction and advice on my options up front and stayed in constant contact throughout the project. I called John as one of 8 roofing companies to get an estimate on a new roof after the big wind storm. He was the only one that actually came out and didnâ t try and tell me all the things that needed to be replaced that actually didnâ t. From the start John was always honest with me, no trying to up sell. I even told him some of the things his competitors were saying about needing new plywood and a certain kind of shingles due to a new city code (which when I called the city with the phone number John provided) turned out to be a straight up lie. The whole process took a little over a week (they even worked weekends which I didnâ t expect). Itâ s a small crew, but they know what they are doing. I am very happy with the results. I only found around 10 nails around the house, which judging off other people I know who went with other roofers, is pretty amazing. Very good clean up. Price was great. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them when siding and windows become available from them again.

We are extremely happy we hired Inland Roofing and Supply to replace our asphalt shingled roof and would recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing job done! They were very competitive with their pricing and did everything and more than we expected. We dealt primarily with Hayden, who from start to finish kept his word about every detail of the job. They tore off 2 layers of the old roofing and found that a truss had separated and let me know what it would take to do the repair the right way. They replaced some subpar venting in an addition to the house that was added on years later and added venting for our garage that wasn't insulated when we bought the house. The new laminated shingled roof looks really beautiful as they paid attention to every detail. They protected our yard and cleaned everything up upon completion of the work. Inland Roofing and Supply is a long time, Spokane area, family owned business. You don't last such a long time unless you are a quality business run by quality people. If you are looking for an honest company who does a terrific job of roofing, then call Inland Roofing and Supply!

AMAZING! Hayden showed up on time and gave me the run down on the life expectancy of the roof. Showed me areas that would have potential to leak and how to fix them without charging me anything. When the time comes to replace my roof; I will be calling Inland Roofing 100%!!

I have been hiring Inland roofing in Spokane for roof replacement and repair for the past 29 years. John and his son have replaced two of my roofs and my mothers roof. Removing all the roofing materials to the bare sheathing and replacing any rotted sheathing. This is important living in the northwest to preserve the engineering snow load of your roof. They are honest, professional, and friendly. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

After just a couple of years and my roof leaks. They said they underbid the job and so did a shoddy job finishing it. They never did the flashing around the chimneys, and now they leak. They do not care about customer service and never even came back to finish putting up the facia on one side. The fascia on the back is falling off. Now probably going to cost me close to $1000 to fix the flashing around both chimneys.

They were very quick to start working on my roof, my roof was a complete tear off, re-sheeting new vents, edge trim and new asphalt shingles. My roof looks amazing now.

Their crew is hard working. They made sure all the scraps were picked up and thrown away. When a problem occurred they pointed out the issues and what it would take to fix it. The roof looks great.
