From the very beginning, this was a nightmare. He asks for money up front and then never completes what was paid to do. He left our yard a mess, and did not complete projects he was paid to do. I am warning you not to hire this man. He does not know what he is doing. He also underbids projects and then once he gets going he increases the bid by 40 percent. I could write a dissertation about what a thief this man is.

He is a thief.  He will tell you that he is not--but he his one of the biggest liars I have ever met.  He will tell you that he doesn't drink--but fails to mention his numerous DUIs and assault convictions.  His wife was a nurse for my wife who is a physician.  She used to beg my wife to let him work at our house on odd-end jobs.  For years he used to come by an do odd-jobd.  Allways seemed like a nice couple-- kind of like the snake in Eden.  We continued to give them money on the hope and trust that they would finish the jobs we had payed them for.  I feel so stupid for trusting them.  They never completed a single job I completely paid them for.  he would always say his contractors wanted half the money up front.  Later, while getting our law suit ready, we found out that none of his contractors wanted money up front.  Our conttact was based on hourly rate, and he promised not to add any costs to the material.  He lied to us about this and was adding 40% to the material.  We are suing him soon and I have filed a police report.
