Hi-Tek Nails

I love Kim who did my nails, she is very precise and polite. BUT the owner is so terrible to her employees it is unacceptable! I felt like I was watching a show where the employees were treated like subhuman's. Why do they take her yelling at them? If you go request Kim and insist on it. The owner says yes to every request then does what she wants. The owner is on her cel phone when not interested in the customer. Good place for men as she takes the all the men clients and flirts with them. This is America and we treat people with dignity and respect.

They mostly do nails but they also have a tanning booth. I've never done that. Its $30 and I always give a $5 tip. I like that particular branch because they do an excellent job on the coat they put on my toner polish, they use some kind of massages, hot stones and stuff like that. I've been to other ones and they just don't do quite as good a job. They just do it better. Sometimes they get really busy and they don't have enough people in to cover it. I don't think we can schedule an appointment but we can certainly call ahead to see how busy they are.
