Description of Work: I purchased a vacuum from them. The young man was very responsive, polite and professional. It was a sloppy, snowy morning and he carried it out to my car, which was across the street. There is only one parking spot behind the store, so I had to park on the street. The store is miniscule, full of vacuums. They have a nice selection and the young man was very knowledgeable. Answered every question I had, w/o hesitating. Not sure if I got a "deal" or not. I bought a 10 yr old Rainbow for $250. I know they are out of my price range brand new. It works great - better than any other vac I have owned. I'm glad I found this little gem. I love shopping locally. Customer service can't be beat!
