We've been using her for about 10 years. She's conveniently located. Everything is very good.

I've always been real happy with Karen's work. She's very gentle and I think it is pretty expensive. My old cap and fillings from when I was a kid are finally falling out so she has replaced them.  I've been really happy. There were some issues with my insurance so they had to re-bill it and they just did what they had to do to get the insurance okay. I thought that was a plus work.

The whole office is very helpful and they are very kind.

Very nice office environment. Lot's of freebies offered to attract new clients. They underestimated our out of pocket and indicated a procedure not fully covered by our insurance would cost less than it ended up costing in the end. Staff was defensive when I called them out on it. They did finally lower the amount we paid but too little too late to keep our business.

She is the nicest person ever especially if I am afraid. She is the perfect person if one is scared of dentists, and I have gone to her recently, and for ten years because she gets it that I am scared, and works with me on it. I would continue to use her again in the future.

As always they are very prompt. The office staff are all cordial and professional. Dr Hallinan is focused, skilled, and I have had several crowns, root canals, and feel qualified to share my experience over these five years. The dental work has been excellent and pain free. People are always jealous when I tell them that I actually enjoy having a root canal. I spend a couple hours with a hot parafin treatment, massage chairs, warming blankets if I want them, music if I wish, and excellent administration of nitrous and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. It is a little like a spa with a dental service attached. I believe her prices are competitive with other offices. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

She did general dentistry and I liked them. However we changed insurance companies so I had to switch dentists. I also was a little bit upset that they just assumed when they put something in your mouth they use the most expensive materials and you don't know what they used until you get billed. They are the Cadillac of dentists and use the best materials throughout their operation. They have TV's on the ceiling and give you warm blankets. The staff was pretty level there is nothing good and nothing bad. I recommend them to others.

I really like her. She does not over sell. She doesn't try to do unnecessary treatments. She has been there a long time. She is consistant and stable. Her staff is friendly, there seems to be no hostility and they get along. A lot of her staff has been there a long time. That is a good sign. She does continuing education all the time. They just had a switch over in billing and it is just okay. I will continue to use her.

I have had several root canals, fillings, general exam...all great.

Excellent staff and overall treatment.

I am saving my money now for a complete smile redesign. They do cosmetic dentistry, but also general dentistry and root canals. The hygienist is also quite professional and everything is immaculate. Another nice touch in the lovely restroom there are disposable toothbrushes in cellophane wrappers that even have a kind of toothpaste on them! They also give discounts for waterpiks and electric Sonic toothbrushes. I think that is done elsewhere too. I have referred several friends to this office and they have also been quite happy with this staff. And another nice bonus for me is a $25 deduction on my bill when a friend uses my name. One time I received a $25 gift certificate to the Olive Garden restaurant after a referral. These are just fun little extras. I really like these people.
