They were supposed to spring prune all of the shrubs and trees in March but due to some scheduling mishap didn't show up until around May 1. When they came there was a crew of about 3 people with a chipper. Looked like they were prepared for a good deal of work which is what we needed. The results were beyond disappointing. They trimmed a few roses in the back yard and a couple on the side of the house, but did nothing at all in the front. We called and they said they don't normally trim evergreens but will come back the following week. When they came we instructed to trim EVERYTHING even the evergreens. Some of the shrubs needed to be cut back a lot. Again, job not completed. Apparently I needed to label every plant that needed trimming, the word everything doesn't mean anything to them.? A small tree in the front, was not touched and looks horrible, also shrubs in the front were not complete. They trimmed a few but not all. Back yard still not complete either. Said they would come back again the next day, but so far it hasn't happened.
Also sprayed our lawn for weed and feed. Which was ok, but then they came back a week later and sprayed again with no advance notice or authorization. OUR LAWN IS NOW DYING! It turned brown immediately after the second spray. Our neighbors asked if we had our lawn sprayed with round up! some one came and looked at it and of course it is our fault because we watered at night. Can this kill your lawn in one day?
So far we have not received a bill for any of this, but we will not be paying until we have a healthy lawn and the pruning is complete.Licensing
