When he came in he presented a project plan and outlined exactly what would happen and when including when we would be unable to use the kitchen.  He was timely and professional and communicated with us every step of the project.  He gave us alternatives that provided the best value and actually steered us away from overpriced options we were considering.  
There was great attention to detail and the professionalism was top notch.
I would highly recommend!  We plan to use Flaig Construction again for our basement remodel next year.
