Sam Carrigan was very knowledgeable in regard to real estate and seemed to know all the little details I would never have thought of on my own. He was extremely available and responsive and worked extremely hard to secure the best possible deal for me and my wife.

He was the best realtor we've ever worked with, and as a military family with multiple moves under our belt, I feel like that says something! By complete luck, a friend connected us to Marcus when we still lived in our old home in another state 4 months before our move. Within a week or two (Still a few months before the move), he had set up a profile for us and was starting to build a list of preferences for our dream home. He also - rightly - convinced us to come out a couple months before the move to look at homes, considering how crazy the market was. And we found our family's new home! And it was the only offer we put in, and we only got it because Marcus can work miracles - he knows the ins and outs of home buying and selling, and he has good relationships with other realtors in the area, so he worked hard to seal the deal for us, and he did! Jeci Adams is an amazing realtor! She is very knowledgeable about the local market. She is always very punctual and available for any questions. Most importantly, she was very compassionate and understanding about how stressful it is to buy your first home. We whole heartedly recommend her!

After much time looking on our own and several real estate agents who were unavailable and seemed bothered we were fortunate enough to be referred to Bryan. We have tons of concerns and really no idea how the process worked. Bryan was more than helpful he made it clear we were not alone.
