Work was done on time and according to quote. A crew was able to inspect and quote the job on the same day as my call. Joe and his helper were very friendly and did an excellent job of replacing the faucets and water line.

Everything went very well. The plumber checked out the problem and determined that the problem came from the faucet which was older and failing. He gave us 3-4 options on fixing the issue. Like most plumbing jobs, it can get expensive. Since I’m very picky, the option we chose just happened to be the most expensive. In all, we were more than happy to pay the price for the repair and we’ve never had water pressure in all of the 28 years living in our home.

From start to finish it was quality work. Tom the owner was very knowledgeable over the phone able to help me pick a quality product that I am sure will hold up to years of use. The techs did a great job and were very efficient and knowledgeable. We just love our new toilet! Its awesome.

Dennis Fanara was great. Worked through the possibilities and fairly quickly determined that the pressure valve for regulating water into the house was faulty. He inspected the valve and couldn't find anything blocking the flow, so switched it out temporarily to see if that corrected the problem, and it did. He than installed the valve permanently. Very nice and neat job.

Such a nice man. He came out after a long day of work on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Explained everything and was friendly and professional. Fixed everything quickly and cleaned up after himself.

"Dear Mrs [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry Five Star Plumbing did not live up to your expectations! I just received the Angie's list review today (4/10/16 @6:08 am) telling of your frustrations. The work was done 7/7/15 And your Angie's list review was done on 4/7/16 I wish you would have contacted us at the time of service and gave Five Star Plumbing a chance to correct the issue. We are one of the top rated company's on Angie's list and Home Advisor because we care about what we do and how our customers are treated. Depending on what type and age of hose bib we suggest replacement. We advised Mr. [Member Name Removed] of replacement and he declined. As for tearing out sheetrock that's not what we do. We locate the hose bib and cut a neat hole then install access door or install a grate for future access. I'm not sure how the other plumber was able to repair the hose bib with only a screw driver. To my knowledge the only parts on a hose bib that you would use a screw drive on is the handle and the screw that holds the washer in on the stem. If you feel that Five Star Plumbing is in the wrong please feel free to call me (Tom Davis) at (509) 999-7744 and let me have the opportunity to discuss with you what we can do to improve our service and make this wright."
