this is the second time we've used faucets n'stuff.both times the work the work went great, showed up on time' did exactly what they said they would. left the work area spotless and did work in a timely fashion. very knowledgeable, and VERY reasonable priced. would use again and highly recommend.

The customer service to set up an appointment was excellent, and the service was quick. However the two gentleman who did my service never introduced themselves left alot of water and dirt tracks through the areas they came and went for the work which required me to clean my carpets after they left, and did not seem to notice. And I would not have know their names except it was on the bill. However at the conclusion of the service one of the men did explain the tank and details to me, and I would hire this company again for service because the rates were fair, however I do think even in plumbing you can be informational and professional.

I called just before 8 am and Rick was out by 9:10. Rick got the snake out, unplugged the toilet and cleaned up after himself. He was quick, efficient and polite. We most defiantly will call again! Thank you.

Job was well done. Ran water several times through was machine and toilet. No more problems.

I woke up to standing water in my kitchen...UGH...upon investigation found water pouring out of my garbage disposal. Called Faucets N Stuff around 8:00 a.m., they were at my house by 11:00 a.m., everything was fixed by 1:00 p.m. ON THANKSGIVING EVE! I think the services performed were extremely fair in price and they were extremely professional. Would use them again in a minute!

I've been using Faucets 'n' Stuff Plumbing for years for both repairs and remodeling jobs like setting toilets and installing sinks. I've had all three of the brothers who have the company do the work. They're honest, dependable, and get things done with a minimum of fuss. If you're a current customer you get priority on service calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were on site for 1 1/4 hours and disposed of the old toilets. They were very through and cleaned up after their work. I purchased the toilets and they charged me labor for installation and a small amount of materials. I would use them again for any plumbing issues and would recommend them to anyone that asked.

I phoned the company this morning and Rob showed up this afternoon. He had to replace two very old faucets and pipes which required cutting through some drywall, removing paneling and some soldering. Rob was very efficient...job was completed within an hour! We were very happy with the completed work and would definitely use them again if anything should arise in the future.

Excellent service and attitude. They snaked our backyard pipe that was
backed up. They worked on it for hours literally and (this is rare
because I believe they are very, very good) could not clear it. They
were courteous, professional and charged us absolutely nothing. That is
there policy if they cannot resolved the issue. I would call them again
in a heartbeat.

Couldn't access a normal drain fitting - so they got on the roof and used the power snake through the vent pipe. Didn't charge extra for this. Very inexpensive, fast, and competent and gave me good additional maintenance advice. Two guys arrived same day as called - exactly on schedule.

Rob took care of everything in a very professional manner, and very quickly. Based on this experience, we will use him for any and all future plumbing needs and will recommend him to friends. So glad we found this company!

Rick listened to what I needed, offered a better solution, measured carefully, and did a beautiful job. He was concerned about how it would look, since a section of pipe is now visible against an interior wall. He notched the frame and ceiling tiles to fit around the visible pipe inside the room and carefully replaced the tiles in the suspended ceiling. He also told me what to use to patch the hole in the siding left in the old faucet's location. All of this was accomplished within an hour. I would definitely call this company again.

Over the years I have used them for a few different jobs. I like that they bill me and have been willing to do payments in the past. If something is incorrect or not working right they just come out and fix it without hassling.

I needed more room in the Very Small Utility Room I have. I had to stack my washer and dryer and was not pleased with that when I bought them. They were to move my water heater for me. When they came out to give me a bid they discussed all the options with me for placing the water heater and even the washer and dryer.
They did a wonderful job as they always do. They are just an awesome bunch of guys. Their solution came out wonderful.
I have used Faucets N Stuff for plugged toilets, replacing toilet and anytime I need a plumber. I would never even think of calling someone else.

Okay, the start of my story is under Mr. Rooter. Go see, very important. don't ever use them. Mr. Rooter was going to charge me another $300.00 + to fix another leak under my house. They had repaired one the day before telling me everything was good. The first time they came out my hot water tank tested out fine. I had just put in a new thermostat and element. Mr. Rooter said they were fine. When they had to come back the enxt day beacuse I still had no hot water they found another leak under the house and said it had ruined my new stuff in the tank and it would also have to be replaced. More $$$$$$$. Faucets and Stuff came out. Referred to me by an auto window repair guy (Fast Glass. . Also, totally awesome who I am also going to give a rave review to her shortly. The guy was there maybe a total of 20 minutes came in and said leak is fixed. showed me the peice that needed to be replaced. No wehere near $300++ in repair. then lookec at my hotwater tank and found that a wire had been miswired and that is why it wasn't working. I don't like to point fingers, usually, but it worked fine one day and then not at all the next, and the only person that had touched it was Mr. Rooter. Seems a little suspicious if you ask me. I would use Faucets and Stuff and will refer them to anyone who needs work done. They were fast, friendly, affordable, and fair.

They went above and beyond. They remembered little details and they were very knowledgeable. Their records are meticulous.

Did a super job and would gladly give them accolades.
I have white carpet and they were extremely fastidious in how they did the job and took the old one out without so much as a mark or stain on my carpet.
They were on time, did the job for the agreed upon price...just had a great experience with them. Glad to recommend them.
