Evergreen did my home inspection back in April 2016, and I was very impressed with the work. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

Sean answered his phone on our first call as he was in the middle of another inspection. We were quickly able to schedule our inspection within a few days. Sean is very professional, knowledgeable and he took the time to walk us through his findings at our new (older) home. The inspection report he gives is easy to follow and very informative. We had Sean come back and perform a radon test as well. It was a pleasure working with Sean and we look forward to referring him to our friends! A++

Sean was fantastic! I called him once and he quickly answered. He was very professional and kind. He walked me through his equipment and standard process for Radon testing. Luckily, his monitor was going to be available later that day so he was able to install it the day after. He was responsive via email, text message, and phone call. He prepared a detailed radon level report the night after two days of monitoring. The report made me feel comfortable with the accuracy of his equipment. I would use Sean again in a heartbeat!

Sean's service was excellent from the very first phone call that I made to him inquiring about availability and pricing to the phone call to go over our inspection report. Sean did an amazing job. I was used to a quick 1 hour max home inspection - oh no. Not with Sean. We were at the house for over 3 hours. He was so thorough, taught us so many things regarding home maintenance that we didn't even think about. Easy things that could save us big bucks in the future. He went through every system, explaining things he saw and things he didn't - both good and bad. He was unbiased and very honest. I was very pleased with the service. Sean our inspector was punctual, professional and friendly. He started by inspecting the roof and the outside of the house taking time to explain what he was looking for on each item as well as taking pictures for his report. We then continued to start on the second story and attic, then worked our way through the main floor and basement. He was thorough in checking out the electrical, water, and heating systems. He had finished the report and had it returned to us the next day.

For starters, Sean from Everygreen Property Inspection is very easy to work with and as flexible as possible with his scheduling. At the last minutes, I had to change the time of the inspection and he was easily able to reconfigure his schedule to fit my needs. For both of my home inspections, Sean arrived promptly at or before the scheduled time. Being a military service members, I greatly appreciate his punctuality on our scheduled inspection. Upon meeting Sean in person, you'll find he is a "people person" and very easy to interact with, like an old friend. Once he got started on the inspection, I immediately noticed and appreciated his attention to detail. He inspected every part of the house possible from roof to basement and all out buildings. Along the way, he takes the time to point out what he sees, both positive and negative. He even provides pointers to help you, as the potential owner, in making sure your house last you for a long time. He points out safety hazards as well as part of the inspection. Finally, Sean promptly loads your inspection to a website and sends you a password so you can access your full report and pictures. I was still able to access the report from my first inspection almost two years later! Overall, working with Sean from Evergreen Property Inspection was an excellent experience! Not only do I recommend Sean but I ENCOURAGE anyone purchasing a house or needing Radon or Mold Testing to work with Sean. You'll feel comfortable in knowing an EXCELLENT home inspection was performed with the GREATEST of service for that real estate investment at an excellent price.

Sean was so great! He was friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to us, and was 100% open to questions. He got to our home way earlier then our assigned time, so he took advantage and inspected the outside of the house and the roof so that it was already done and he could begin with that information when we arrived. He was not in a hurry and we felt like he was putting forth his best efforts. I felt like I was getting everything I needed to make a good decision on the purchase of our home. I would recommend Sean for all home inspections!!

Sean Reed was very professional and personable. He got right to the job and since I was present always pulled me aside to point out things that he was doing and that I might need knowledge of. sean is great! he arrives early and prepared. when I arrived he was walking the roof and explained everything slowly and with detail. we appreciated his amount of detail and care. we didn't end up buying the house (for our own reasons) and he gave us a discount on the next house he inspected for us the following week. We didn't ask nor did we need a discount as sean is worth every single penny! I have met 3 house inspectors in my life and sean is by far the MOST detailed and caring. We felt it went really well, he arrived at the home early and began assessing the condition of the roof. He was very laid back and funny; We really enjoyed him, We received the report within 48 hours and he had just had a brand new baby! Hes definitely a hard worker. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many tips on ways to improve our house, which were very much appreciated. I would absolutely hire him again!

Sean arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment. He was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. The inspection report was delivered in a timely manner, it included pictures and suggestions for what he considered that needs to be repaired. Excellent service.

Sean from Evergreen Property inspection showed up at our house 15 minutes early he was very friendly and very polite he took the time during the inspection to explain everything he was doing and seemed to be very knowledgable in everything he was explaining to us. Sean also went the extra mile to be patient enough to take the time to show us all the areas of concern he had and to give us several options as to how to take care of these issues. When Sean was finished with the inspection he stayed for an extra 20 minutes to help me do a couple things that i had been needing a hand with.So all in all i would highly recommend Sean and his company to anyone who wants a fair priced home inspection from a person who seems to be very good at what he does and is also nice enough to take the time to add a personel touch to his job and explain what he is doing as he goes along, this made the experience so much better as we felt we were able to fully understand what a home inspection should be all about.We also were very impressed when we were called by Sean the next day to tell us our inspection was complete and we could pick it up. When we picked it up we were very impressed with how professional it looked and all the detailed information that it contained, it really showed Sean took the time to make sure he turned out a very high quality product. One word can be used to describe our experience with Evergreen Property Inspections and that is AWESOME!!!! This was the most thorough and helpful home inspection I have ever had. Sean walked us through every part of the inspection explaining what he was doing, what he was looking for and if he saw something, even something minor what, if any, future issues could arise from it. He would then explain what preventative maintenance could be done to mitigate those problems as well as how minor things could be fixed. Sean showed up 15 min early, which is impressive this day and age as many people can't arrive on time. He introduced himself and gave us a brief overview as to how the inspection was going to go. Then we got started. We begin on the outside of the house where he checked everything from sprinkler placement and gutter installation to roof quality, including the pitch of the roof, and heat pump installation, he even got down under the front and back porches to make sure they were properly attached and supported. We then moved into the garage where he gave the water heater, furnace and electrical box, along with everything else, a very extensive very detailed inspection. He also imparted some great general maintenance tips to help ensure that everything would continue to run flawlessly for years to come. Once we finished there we moved inside the house. I can't even began to describe how in depth this inspection was but to give you an idea he even checked everything from appliances and plumbing to the hinges on the doors. After meticulously combing over ever square inch of our home, including the crawl space in the roof and under the house he finished up and let me know when to expect the official report, how it would be laid out and how to read it. The report came in less then 24 hours it was increadably detailed with pictures and explications as well as diagrams explaining the how's and whys. The report was not only informative but very easy to understand and follow. It was written in a way that even someone with no working knowledge of construction could easily grasp. All and all the inspection took a total of 4 hours, on a house that is only about 1800 square feet. Sean was an extremely professional and just all around nice guy with a wealth of knowledge, and because of that I am extremely confident that nothing was missed as no stone was left unturned literally, he checked everything. For that reason I feelmuch more comfortable with the new home purchase thanks Sean your amazing.

We worked with Sean from Evergreen Property Inspection. He returned our call promptly to setup an appointment at a time that was convenient for us. Sean was extremely friendly and forthcoming with information about the home inspection process, and what we should expect while he works with us, he was able to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable prior to inspection day. Sean arrived early to the home, which was expected as part of the inspection process so he could do a quick walk-around and get a preliminary survey of the home and property. When we arrived and met him he was genuinely friendly and pleasant to work with - how refreshing! We spent some time introducing my wife and myself with him and he again explained what we'd be doing during our time there and insisted that we ask him any questions at all. It arrived on time - and WOW!!! - I have bought and sold a few properties before but I've never seen a report that was this comprehensive and detailed. The report even gave suggested maintenance for the entire lifecycle of the home. This was an extremely valuable report. I hired Evergreen based on Angie's List reviews and I was not disappointed! Sean was at the property ahead of the appointment time, inspecting the roof, siding, and yard. When I arrived, he took the time to explain his inspection process and gave me a detailed summary of what he had already observed. He also answered some questions/concerns I had about another system before continuing the inspection. Throughout the inspection, I was struck by Sean's knowledge and first-hand experience with construction techniques, and electrical and plumbing codes and practices. Even better, and more important, is his ability to explain what he's seeing, what, if anything, needs to be done, and how to maintain the home for safety and comfort. I learned a lot! I received his report less than 24 hrs. after the inspection. The report is well-organized, well-documented with photos, and very useful. Sean was also respectful of the owner's property - he changed from outdoor shoes to indoor shoes before we entered the house, and wore booties over the indoor shoes. He was careful not to disturb any of the owners' belongings. I really appreciated the care he took, and believe that speaks to the care he takes with the rest of his work.

-We showed up about 10 minutes early and Sean was already there inspecting the roof and that was after he had inspected the perimeter (he was there much earlier) -Explained how the inspection would go an what we should expect with a breakdown of each area -Was thorough and patient during the entire (3+ hour) inspection. He encouraged questions and was able to provide answers that matched my (low level) of knowledge without being condescending -He is incredibly knowledgeable and confident in his work and it shows through his interaction. We had some friends in town when we did the inspection and he was completely fine having them along, as a true professional would. -The report was well written and easy to understand with reference pictures of issues and diagrams on how to remedy the problem. -Prompt, he had the report written by the time I went to sleep that night even though he could have taken much longer. - Don't be discouraged by lack of AL reviews. He is great at his job.

After my realtor had the audacity (or stupidity) to tell me he'd and quot;find me an inspector that doesn't make a mountain out of a molehilland quot;, I told him and quot;um, no thanks, I'll get my ownand quot;. I immediately hit Angies List. I called the highest rated (actually, most rated) inspection company and they were booked solid but immediately referred us to Sean. This guy is a great home inspector. He is very, very detailed and thorough. Sean is very friendly and wants you there. Sean's methodology and use of technology is ahead of his peers (does the inspection using an application with photos taken right there and inserted in the final document showing how it is and an example of how it should be). He also keeps his inspections for 5 years as well as making them available in many different ways (cloud/email/pdf, etc.). He will usually do a section of the house on his own, documenting and photographing everything, then he'll find you and go through everything in that section (good and bad), explaining in detail what everything is and how it should be (whether it is correct or not). This is a great benefit because you often go into these inspections not knowing what or where many important things are in your new home. A little about me, I am an engineer by trade and was a Marine Surveyor (boat inspector/appraiser) in a prior career. So I have a good handle on what qualities an inspector needs and this guy has all of them. You won't be disappointed in going with Sean, I recommend him wholeheartedly.
