Description of Work: Converted a 15 x 27 foot game room into a master bedroom, master bath with large walkin linen closet and 16 foot dual walkin closet. In addition, replaced both the game room slider and living room sliders with new french doors. We arranged to buy our own doors, shower etc, however Dave and Bob were great with additional ideas, propositions and leads to get the most bang for our buck. We had three competitive bids, Elite submitted their bid within 3 days of site visit, were very professional (worked 8:30 - 6:00 PM daily) and as we are in Stevens County, their bid was very fair especially considering distance involved from Spokane Valley. They cleaned up nicely daily and went to extreme measures to safeguard the rest of the home from construction during their work day.

Description of Work: Elite Renovations and Construction worked like this on my 103 year old house:1. Received a written bid within 3 days of request.2. Required a substantial, but reasonable, up front payment for materials. (This is a small outfit)3. Started work within 3 days of their original estimate.4. Worked continuous long hours to completion (7 am to 6 pm- M-Sat)5. Corrected 5 hidden conditions at a fair price. 6. Did continuous clean up.7. Had skilled workers with appropriate equipment.8. Were considerate and polite about neighbors concerns. The work performed included:1. Substantial repairs to the existing roof structure.2. Removal and disposal of three layers of roofing (only two were anticipated).3. Installation of new OSB roof sheathing.4. Building a chimney cricket.5. Replacing and repairing roof fascia and trim.6. Installing high quality laminated shingles (using nails, not staples).
