Very good company. Others we called either didn't return calls or wouldn't schedule ASAP and since the door wouldn't open, we needed quick service and they came by at the earliest they could which was just a few hours after contacting them. Very nice people and very reasonable price. Recommend highly.

It could not have gone better. This was an emergency situation as my car was stuck in the garage with the door closed. There was no way to open it as the springs were all broken.  I called in a panic on a Friday afternoon about 5 PM and they were able to work me in at 10 AM for Monday morning.  I so appreciated their responsiveness.  Price was very reasonable.  Technician also on his own placed some extra support where the electric garage door opener was putting stress on the track in an effort to extend the life of the springs.

I have Stanley door opener which is no longer made. Jim was able to find remotes that would work with Stanley.

There were scheduling conflicts because of the timing of the installation. After setting a date, it was cancelled that morning because of transportation problems. On the next installation date, it was discovered that the wrong size doors had been ordered. The company then failed to notify me of the new installation date, I had to call them. Once the door were on site and installation scheduled to our mutual agreement, everything went great. I like the doors. The company included the key pad for the inconvenience. the installers explained everything that I needed to know for optimum use of the doors. I am happy with the doors and the company.

These folks did a great job. They were friendly on the phone. Scheduling was timely. The service man was friendly, professional, and on task. I screwed up and was not home the first time they came to service the door. I felt stupid and called them to apologize and they were courteous and simply rescheduled another appointment. I would not have been surprised if they would have charged a service fee because we live 45 minutes from their office, but there was no charge. They did, however, call twice to remind me they were coming. They arrived on time and went immediately to work, the doors were open so they went right to work even before I went out to meet and greet. My door was repaired, they had the parts because we had discussed what some of the problems were. The service man talked but worked at the same time, he cleaned up and moved on to the next task. He gave me the bill, said thank you and moved on to his next job. They done good!!

They did an excellent job. The guy was very efficient, he wasn't here pretty long, he did the work that needed to be done. It was very reasonable and I was very pleased. I did need a part in the garage door opener which was $59 and then they charged $85 just to come out. I was very satisfied, I thought the price was reasonable.

I called at 8:00. They set up appointment for same afternoon - then they called back and asked if they could come earlier. They were there at 8:30! There were two men and they had the door repaired and fully operational by 9:00!
The men were very professional, competent and fast. The price seemed fair. In short I couldn't be more pleased and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Fast, efficient, friendly and fair! I was beginning to think companies like this didn't exist anymore. The technician arrived on time, and adjusted everything on the door and mechanism to make it work more efficiently. He also pointed out weak area in the construction of the door, and reinforced it for me while he was there.
To say I was pleased would be putting it mildly. I will use them again in the Spring for some other work I have planned!
