Not a great experience. Bought a used ram about 2 months ago and i was told it had remote start and bed lights. I live 3 hours away and on the drive home I found out half the bed lights didnt work, they only gave me 1 key fob and it didnt even work. I called to let them know and get replacement fobs and was told I would have to take a 6 hr round trip to bring the truck back! There is a dodge dealership in my town that they could have issue me new remotes, but they wont eat the cost and instead want me to waste a 6 hour drive, gas and mileage in my new hemi so they can save money on something I should never have had to deal with. New remotes are cheap and they could make it right for $150 and wont... I love the truck but the dealership comes off sketchy and has that shady used car lot feeling. Ive called 5 times and spoken to 2 people and now they wont even return a call or text. I give them $35,000 and they give me an answering machine to talk to instead of doing whats right.

Took my Jeep to Disman to have them check on my heater core that was replaced by another Jeep dealer. I was still having problems. They went above and beyond to try and solve the problem. I think they spent about 3 hours on the problem and only charged me for 1.

We went here to buy a truck after alot of research and a few other dealers. We had found a truck that we liked and made an offer with the salesman that had been helping us. He went back to his financial closer man who came back to barter with us. This man was awful. I have never been treated in such a rude manner before. He treated us like children, implied that we were incompetent for the offer we made, argued at us, and acted surprised and shouted when I asked for our keys to leave. I would not recommend this place at all if you want a decent deal and to be treated with any kind of respect. Horrible

I called ahead to see if there was much of a wait to get the service. I arrived thaty told me it would be approximately 45 minutes and I signed a paper indicating how much it would cost. My car was completed in 35 minutes. I have used Dishman Dodge frequently. I am very satisfied with the empoyees, service and efficiency.

Dishman Dodge does not only change you car's oil; they check tires, fluids, spare tire etc. The last time I was in for service I had
a small ding that left the other car's paint on my fender. They pulled it around to the auto body shop and buffed it out until it looked
like it never happened and didn't charge me a cent. It was their idea; I fully intended to pay for it but they wouldn't hear of it.
These people are considerably above the norm.

My 2007 PT Cruiser wouldn't start so I had it towed to Dishman Dodge. I was told I would have to pay for a tune up to diagnose my car, and that would cost an additional $100 on top of the $90 to tell me what was wrong. They said they did a tune up and found my engine didn't have compression and would need to be replaced, which they would do with a used motor for $3700. I told them I was not willing to invest that much into the car, and I had it towed home. After getting the car home I had another mechanic look at it. When I opened the hood I found my air filter box is completely missing, and my intake manifold hadn't been put back together and the bolts were/are also missing. I can not get Dishman Dodge to call me back, and an air filter box is $90. In addition to actually do more harm to my car, they also miss diagnosed it. The compression in my engine is fine, and it only cost me $300 to fix it.
