My keyboard on my laptop was dead, half of the keys did not work and some were missing, I took it to some geeks that drive black and white bugs, you know the ones, and they were going to charge me $180 to fix it. Driving to work the next morning I saw a sign that said $50 computer repair, so I stop in to see what the catch was and sure enough there was no catch, I buy the keyboard and any labor would be a flat $50, The tech showed me what one to get and let me know I could order it or he could, so I let him order it and 4 days later the part was in and my laptop was fixed. When I went to pick up my computer the tech let me know what he did and also let me know that he cleaned up some "malware" and registry errors, not sure what that is but my computer is running 10 times better than before.

I dropped it off, they fixed it and called and let me know it was ready to go.
