Matt did excellent work and I'm very pleased with the result. He took care with corner protectors and other steps to keep my trim safe. Most importantly, he talked price with me before hand in an honest no hidden tactics way and he stuck to the deal he made. This contrasts with one of the big players with a lot of radio traffic in the area. Their guy came to our house and it was like some kind of Tin Men sales movie with upcharge after upcharge until the final bill had zero resemblance to what was originally quoted over the phone. I'm not afraid to pay a fair price. I just don't like bait and switch tricks.

He was on time, very careful of my walls and furnishings and cleaned the area around the spill to make it less obvious. The carpet he specifically came to clean was stained and hadn't been cleaned for a number of years. When he was done, people thought I'd gotten new carpetting. I have used his services many, many times in my home and rental properties. I have no hesitation giving him the highest recommendations for quality and professionalism.
