animal removal
 + -1 moreRenters notified me that squirrel were living in the attic. Critter Control was called and they did an inspection and set traps near the access points being used by the squirrels. The squirrels were caught in live traps and removed. The service was prompt and professional. However, at $170 to set traps and $70 per animal caught it is an expensive service. If I was not a remote landlord I would have simply bought traps and trapped the animals myself.
