I found Jack Myers' listing on craigslist because I wanted to find a handyman willing to do such a small job, but do it right. I didn't think a remodeling company would be willing to do such a small job, but I decided to call Jack anyway and he was very agreeable. He was very kind, courteous, professional and punctual. He was in my home for a couple of hours, but only charged me $50 for his time and labor. I expected to pay much more, so I was pleasantly surprised! (I think he might have undercharged me due to a scheduling conflict the previous week, so this might not be his normal rate. If so, it was a very nice gesture!) I told him I would definitely call him when ready to finish the rest of my basement because he was a pleasure to work with.
