Description of Work: I stopped in Clock House and the owner no longer works with watches (had an arm injury which prevents it). He very graciously directed me to Quam's where I received excellent service.

 + 0 moreHe was professional. He completed the work from start to finish. He delivered my grandfather clock and reinstalled it for us. I was very pleased with the services.
Description of Work: He added batteries to my wrist watches and also conditioned my grandfather clock. They took apart all the parts to clean.

 + -1 moreThere aren't many clock shops around so we were a little hesitant, but both the owner and employee were very friendly and attentive. They diagnosed the problem right away gave us an estimate (that matched the final price) and showed us what the issue was. They scheduled the repair and called us when it was ready. The price seemed a little high, but I feel we were treated very well. They provided advice on what we could do on a number of other issues they had seen. I'd be very glad to go back there if I had any other issues. These guys are professionals.
