I didn’t have to pay them since I was the buyer but I think it was a standard fee. They were excellent and I would definitely recommend them to others. I got excellent customer service. Our purchase was a short sale without much waiting time. I didn’t ever have to call and check since my realtor was constantly calling to update me, which I really appreciated.

Tracy's professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail are impeccable. As a buyer's agent, she was very quick to figure out exactly what we were looking for and saved us countless hours searching homes on our own that would not be "right" for one reason or another. As a listing agent, she has been attentive and her advice on pricing and feedback from other agents has been excellent. Overall, we have been very pleased with her service and would certainly use her for all our real estate needs in the future. (Our house is still on the market, so the $0.00 above will change to the standard percentage paid to the agent.)

My aunt recommended Paul when I was looking for my first house in Spokane and he was fantastic. I was living in Seattle and I don't know how I would have done it without Paul. He was very flexible with my schedule and made sure he was available when I had limited time in Spokane. He was on top of every detail and kept me informed about the progress of the sale.
