I was very pleased with Cody from Cascade Windows he was very nice and knew what he was doing. He showed up a few mins late and I was sooo glad about that, because I was running late ...came in and replaced the parts and made sure all windows were working properly. This is a custom summerhome we built about 4 years ago and it was a nightmare getting subcontractors to do the work properly, we have built our own homes before in Nevada. I'm very pleased with this window company and have used them before when we built out our basement in our now rental in Coeur d' Alene.
Description of Work: I was at a friend's home and the rep for Cascade Windows was looking at her windows and said there was a flaw in them. I have had them out to replace 2 windows that weren't opening and closing properly, so he came over to my house and measured all the single & double hung windows (opens up & down not sideways) ordered the parts and came back and replaced them.
