CAMERA CARE

I had dropped my camera and the lens would no longer extend when the camera was turned on. When I called Camera Care, I was a little skeptical since it was a one-man shop in the back of a residence--I didn't know what to expect. But my only other option was to mail it off, and I was leaving on vacation the next week and wanted to use the camera. Ron, the owner, assured me that the rate would only be a set amount, and that he would let me know if I would be better off repairing it or just buying a new one. When I took the camera over, he quoted me the exact price he mentioned on the phone and gave me the date it would be ready. In fact, he finished the repairs sooner and the camera works perfectly. His shop is tidy and easy to access. He was friendly and honest. I will certainly call him again if I have a return of butter fingers.

I called then dropped off the camera. Ron call with estiment. I said go ahead and two days later I picked it up repaired.
