Lots of promises up front. Once they rented the house, very little that was promised was ever delivered. Renters quit paying and continued to live in the house free of charge for two months until eviction. Information and payments just stopped as agents became non-responsive and unhelpful. Sub-contractors did shoddy work in the house. Promised walk-through information was never forwarded to us, which was unfortunate because the tenants had done plenty of damage to our rental. The owner of the company did waive our fees for three months following the eviction and assigned us a new agent, which we appreciated.
The costs for damages and unpaid rent were turned over to a collections agency that has done nothing to help us recuperate our losses.
However, due to overall poor communications and placing of irresponsible tenants, I would not recommend this company.
