We had our roof done by this company. Owner didn’t do the work and simply subcontracted it out to someone else. We are happy you confirmed that they did work for you in response so it will be your insurance and bond, thank you for confirmation. We have had a leak since installation and contacted multiple times. He’s came out and offered to send someone out, they did work to “fix it”, we split the bill with company. This was last year. Contacted again this year to say roof is literally leaking water. Owner basically has ignored us since contacting again aside from one text saying he contacted his guy. Not going to chase down company to do work they obviously don’t stand behind. Will be seeking compensation through this companies insurance and bond. We even paid more than quoted original price since owner said it cost more so we even paid additional amount . We have tried to play fair ball all the way around including increase price and splitting cost of “repair work”

Blanchard Building solutions was hired on 9.27.22 to repair/reseal my elderly moms roof. Work began the week of October 10th, 2022. During the time of work, his employee stepped wrong cracking her ceiling. He said he fixed it right away. On October 15th I traveled from out of town to my moms to care for her and check on the repair. I noticed it was not completed as the ceiling was sagging. I reached out to him to let him know it needed to be addressed. It appeared to me it was missing the reinforcement screws to hold the centers in place. He came by on October 18th to view it. He said he will take care of it. On the 19th I traveled back home and he said he would have it completed by Oct 21st. On 12/13 I went again to my moms to check on her and her home. I was shocked to find he had added screws, but they were not attached to/anchored to anything at all. The ceiling was still sagging. I called him right away asking for this to be corrected. He said he already did his job and that he was hired to coat the roof and that is done. I re-explained that his employee stepped wrong and the damage from that has not been corrected and must be properly repaired. We discussed it being completed after January 1st. On January 15th, I reached out again, he said he was out of town until 2/1. I have reached out two more times with no response. I feel he has taken advantage of an elderly woman and has not fixed the damage his employee caused. A repair person I recently spoke with has stated that the interior "rafters" were likely damaged during the fall and that they put up the ceiling without properly repairing those first which is why the ceiling is not anchoring properly.

First off I'd like to say that this company is top notch! The owner Mike clearly cares about his quality of work and the customer. Weather was the only thing holding the crew back. Mike and his crew were dedicated to getting the job finished in a timely manner despite the weather. Very professional to work with. Once they started tearing off the roofing it was cleaned up quickly and was less inconvenient than I thought it would be. Great communication and even when we thought the job was done, Mike came back, did another walk around the property to ensure the job was completed properly. I can't stress enough I much I appreciate how well this went. Thank you Mike and his crew.
