Having a roof replaced is stressful enough as it is. Michael and his crew were great and really helped make the whole experience as stressful as possible. We got regular updates about every thing that was going on; which we appreciated. It really helped us feel reassured, and every cost change was communicated thoroughly with an explanation as to why: even if the price difference was minimal. The cost was also very fair, which was also a relief because as anyone who?s ever had home repairs done will tell you- it?s never going to be cheap. Blanchards costs are very competitive and reasonable.

Michael Blanchard was very thorough in explaining what had been done on the original roofing in 2001. It's unfortunate that the previous roofing company no longer exists. I was very pleased with his communication, personality and work ethics and would recommend him to anyone needing a roofing job.

Jeff Blanchard was hired to repair a mobile home roof. His employee fell through the ceiling. They did not correctly repair the damage they caused as they replaced the ceiling but not the structural damage between the roof and the ceiling. By putting up the ceiling simply covered up the other damage. The ceiling is sagging and he is not responding to the call to correct his damages.

They were very responsive and personable and quick to call and show up, but their pricing was extremely high for the job; it didn't take the worker very long to do the work and it was not done very neatly. The repairman's truck leaked lots of fluid on our driveway leaving a mess. I should have shopped around more before hiring them - we received an estimate for the job a few days after we hired Blanchard and it was less than a third of the price and it was given by a VERY reputable local roofing company. I am still trying to wrap my head around out how they could charge us what they charged us for the job and sleep at night.

We decided to expand the project to also include our covered deck and Mike was quick to get us a change order and kept the additional cost at a minimum. His worker, Mick was awesome. I was pleased that these guys checked my roof & let me know that no damage was actually done by the branch that fell on my roof, so they recommended no work be done. Even so, they didn't even charge me for the truck roll.

The cost of the fix for time and material used was not of good value! Recommend getting more bids and opinions and have them explain what they are going to do to fix the problem prior to repair. Lesson learned. Clean up was not the best.

These guys are the best in the business. We had over 7 different companies come out to our house to bid it. Michael stayed in contact with us throughout the process answering all our questions and concerns. If you are on the fence about a project and company, give Michael a call and have a discussion with him. We firmly recommend him and his entire crew

Blanchard responded within minutes of my posting to HomeAdvisor. We set up a meeting and Michael arrived on time. He gave me a quote and we set a time to have the job done. The worker arrived promptly and completed the job in a few hours. I am very happy with the workmanship and the service. I would recommend Blanchard Building to anyone.

Michael, the owner, told me he would be here at 0900 and he arrived at that time. He got on the roof and found that the ridge cap was deteriorated in addition to the leak around the skylight. He gave me an estimate and then deducted a veterans discount. Two of his team members returned three days later to do the work. He also recommended a person to repair the water damage in the bathroom ceiling, who has done a good job.

i GUESS i WILL KNOW FOR SURE IF i DON'T GET MORE LEAKS. i AM EXPECTING THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE.

Mike was very quick on contacting us, came out that day and looked at our roof. Called with a quote and came the next day and fixed the problem and the damage.

Blanchard Building Solutions was the BEST VALUE for me! From the start, Michael Blanchard answered all my questions. He clearly was an expert in his field. The men sent to remove the old roof and install the new roof treated my house with the respect that I would expect to see them treat their own properties. The job site (my house) was left clean. Before hiring Blanchard, I obtained three other quotations. Blanchard was not the least expensive, but I felt they would do a good job in a time frame that worked for me. Blanchard pulled through and did a wonderful job. I may have spent a few dollars more than I would have if I had hired another contractor. But I now have a roof that I know is installed properly and will protect my house for decades to come! And the price was well within the average roof price range that I found published online.
