Home Building, Garage Service
All item's, from building the home from the plans to finish were not done correctly. We as the homeowner's were continually noting the item's which needed to be redone correctly. Window's incorrectly placed, stairway rebuilt, could not install a pocket door (simple item).
The home was completed in December. Within 2 weeks we had water damage from ice dam's on the roof.
We gave Mr. Browning one year to tear apart and complete the repair's. He did nothing but lip service.
In the end, we hired an attorney, received a settlement from Mr. Browning's Insurance Company to reroof 80% of the roof, correct the roof insulation and re-side 90% of the cement concrete siding. Totally repaint the exterior and repair the inside water damage. These were all item's Mr. Browning noted we could slap nails in the siding and caulk. LOL
What saved us was to hire a construction expert whom early on identified the shoddy work Mr. Browning thought was perfectly acceptable.
