Went great. They did an excellent job with the installation, including installation of a new thermostat when the old one turned out not to be adequate. They were clean and meticulous in their work. When the Tim Fricke (HVAC Equipment Consultant) came by to do the quote, he gave me a variety of equipment options and was willing to answer my questions. He gave some recommendations about clearing the intake vents to minimize problems.
The two installers did a great job. Both were willing to answer questions that I had. The unit has worked great since installation.

The estimator was prompt, knowledgeable, and very good at answering questions. He told us that they would not be the cheapest, but that their work was excellent. He was correct, and we were willing to pay a little more for the excellent service we received.
The installers were prompt, and very comfortable to have in our house. They were extremely clean--even when removing an old oil tank! They cleaned up well, went about their work rapidly, and made things look very good.
We had to have them come back one time to make an adjustment, which they were prompt and willing to do.
We were completely pleased, and would recommend them to others--we used them because our neighbors recommended them to us.
