We use subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, excavation, concrete, and engineering services. We are licensed, bonded, and insured through the requirements of the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. We belong to multiple professional associations such as the Spokane Home Builers Association, Northwest EcoBuilding Guild, United States Green Building Council, and the Better Business Bureau.
