Dean Bachmand is the owner. He's licensed, bonded, and insured. He's got 29 years of experience. We've had several experiences with him. The first time I met him, he did my moms furnace. That's what prompted me to do our home here. He's actually coming here. We will be using him before fall. His price is comparable. When I was looking for someone for my mom, I got 4 comparisons. His price was $75 plus taxes and he replaced a part for $5. $75 was the ballpark. There were some that were lower and some that were less. He was fair. I would absolutely use him in the future.
