They were not helpful. I did not like the woman I was speaking with. She was a little flirty. I said, "Is there anybody else in the area that provides services?" She gave me the name of another company and the name of the company that she was giving me does not provide services in this area. I wasn't happy with her. I am for energy audits and she said that they don't do them and I was pretty disappointed in that and the people that she was referring me to that didn't provide services in my area did energy audits.
