Aspen Creek Log Homes

The contractor was hired to do a complete remodel and renovation on a log cabin. A bid was sent and work began. From that point on he was unresponsive, would not return phone calls, emails or text messages. He rarely showed up at the job site to provide materials to his workers or materials. The roof was left off of the dining room and the weather took it's toll. Services included media blasting the outside (Not finished), replacing skylights (Not done) laying flooring (Not finished) replacing a deck over the dining room, (Not finished) as well as misceallaneous other things (None completed) Media blasting was about 20% finished and now the project is sitting there with exposed logs in the weather. Half of the materials in the original bid including the stain, were never purchased with the original deposit. Only at the point where we said we were done with him did he respond to a text message. Several excuses were given as to why work had slowed to a crawl but after nearly a month of excuses, we fired the contractor.
