"Hi Lamont, you hired us to do a roof on your detached garage. We completed the work and even went beyond the original scope of work to hand seal all of the shingles as requested. You stated that after the shingles were hand sealed, you would make the final payment. We did not once threaten to void your warranty if you hired a 3rd party to inspect the roof. We requested to be onsite with the 3rd party to ensure that they do not attempt to damage the work. We also want to ensure that they are truly a 3rd party and not someone who works with you at Dabella (another roofing company here in Spokane). I still cannot comprehend why someone who works for one of our competitors would hire us to do the job. You are falsely claiming that we have been reported to the Attorney General several times. To the best of our knowledge, we have never been reported to the Attorney General. You have yet to send us the inspection report from the 3rd party that you hired. We would love to receive it as soon as possible because the lack of payment and consistent low rating reviews on all platforms has caused significant stress and hardship for a small locally owned business like Arrow Point Roofing.
