Apple Store

We called the day before we went to see if there is a better time to go during the Christmas shopping season. Turns out we need not have worried about it as they have allot of sales people there at all times and though it appeared crowded when we went in we idid not have to wait at all. We did not know they also conduct mini-classes in their store. The guy on the phone the night before did give us some wrong info but it was minor enough that I have forgotten what exactly it was.  The salesman who worked with us was knowledgeable in the products and prices and just a bit more chatty than necessary. Prices are controlled so they don't vary hardly at all from store to store. I say hardly at all because I believe some big box stores and some privately owned store/repair dealers may be willing to throw in some training or a track pad or set up etc.  
As to the iMac itself, well it's a learning process coming from using an HP for our small business but not a difficult as I was led to believe by other HP fans and I believe worth the effort to avoid all the inherent problems with the HP's (and others).

Perfectly! I love everything about this store. Everyone is knowledgable, professional, and friendly. The product is the best have ever used. They are always open to answering questions at the Genius Bar, One-on-One help is available, and so are free group classes. I'm a senior citizen and when I've asked the technicians to speak and quot;Englishand quot; versus and quot;Computer Geekand quot; they are accommodating, helpful, and don't make me feel ignorant. i adore these exciting young minds!
