Excellent work and service. Knew exactly what to do to repair our large bay door.

First of all I was impressed that even though I had called outside of their normal business hours and expected to leave a message for call back, someone actually answered the phone! They were supposed to come on Friday but had some issues with the work truck breaking down. They were super punctual about calling me to let me know the situation and we rescheduled for the following Monday. Again they did a great job of communicating when they could come out and even though the truck was still broken, showed up to do the job in his personal vehicle because he is just that customer service orientated. He came in and checked everything thoroughly and got right to work. He did the job quickly and was amazingly pleasant to deal with! I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism, customer service, and job performed! My garage door has never been so quiet! Thank you Mr. Allison for a job well done!

Very satisfied with this company. When our garage door spring broke after only six years in a new home, we knew we needed a specialist. Mr. Allison was that person. He was punctual, knowledgeable and personable. His approach to replacement is scientific in that he weighed the door before giving his recommendation for replacement. He also gave the door and rails a free tune-up as part of the service, along with advice to keep the door working smoothly for years to come.

This company has provided truly excellent service for us, beginning in 2004 and continuing up to today (February 2013). They are prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. What we find exceptional is their interest in solving your problem, not simply scheduling a service call. At least four times they have walked us through the necessary adjustments by telephone at absolutely no charge. We recommend them unconditionally.

Allison Door Company answers the phone over the weekend which is a plus. Alan did a quality job replacing the original door spring that was installed by the building contractor. My door spring had failed after only 8yrs. Alan stands behind his work and is a very knowledgeable, professional and courteous door installer. The service was very reasonably priced and he was a pleasure to work with.
