Jason came by ahead of the move and gave a realistic estimate. The day of the move, the truck was on time and big enough. The movers worked steadily and carefully, finishing within the estimated time frame. I would definitely hire this company again & can recommend that others do so, too.

Process was very smooth and when we had to wait to get the keys to our new house the guys took an unpaid break to help delay the process.

They did a great job.   Communication was good.  They even came a day earlier than I had scheduled, when I called last-minute.   They also were happy to help me assemble 2 beds.   I even changed my mind a couple of times and moved things back and forth between rooms and they were happy to do that too.   Great company and service.

It went very well. They're very fast and they're very good. It only took half a day. Everything was packed and everything was as they say. They got all of my boxes out of the house and unloaded pretty fast. There's only two of them too. It was between $600 - $700.

Called all seasons 3 days before the move. Did not need to leave a message. Spoke to Jason who was very pleasant and up front with base charges. Was able to schedule the move on short notice and was told movers would be there promptly at 8am. At 8:15 I received a call saying they were running 45 min behind and would be there at 9am. I received a second call at 9 apologizing however, it would be another half hour as the battery in their truck needed to charge. Workers arrived at 10am an additional half hr later. Although they were 2 hours late starting. The workers were pleasant and worked nonstop except for a short 10 min break which I appreciated. They were careful with the furniture and wrapped a few items to make them more secure. This wasnt something that was done for me previously so that made me feel better. Charges were 85/hr which i feel is fair with an additional $35 stair fee as they had to move 3 flights of steps. We performed an initial walk thru identifying the items that would be moved and i signed the estimate. When they moved my daughters small piano i was then informed there would be a piano move charge. This was not disclosed during the walk thru and when i was told there would be a charge i was never told what that charge was. The unloading went very quickly without any hiccups however, when reviewing the final bill I saw that i was in fact charged a 25 piano fee and questioned if there would be any consideration for the late start. He begrudgingly took off the addtl fee however, consiconsidering that we live in a society where everyones time is valuable i feel it would have been more appropriate to at least waive 1 hours fee. Overall I am satisfied. A much better exp then i have had in the past but should i need to move in the future i think i will shop around.

The movers were 30 minutes late in arriving. Warren and Rob arrived, introduced themselves and started to bring items into house. They requested we tell them what room the items were to be put in, which we did. At the time, when they were getting close to the back of the trailer, I mentioned there was a heavy desk that had to be moved to the lower level, and it was also mentioned prior to their arrival. They successfully moved the desk out of the trailer and put it in the garage. They called their boss Jason and said they need help. I provided lunch for both Warren and Rob as well as a tip of $50 each as their effort and attitude were commendable. They placed the phone call to their boss requesting assistance; he called back as they were ready to leave, and said he had hurt himself and wouldn’t be able to make it today, and we would have to make another day available to move the desk. I have called Jason, the boss, 8 times and requested a return call to schedule a time to move the desk. At first, I was nice and simply requesting a return phone call, but having received no return phone call after a few days I have switched to a more demanding demeanor. I’ve requested a return phone call and told them I would have to consider other means of solving the problem. I can’t sit in my office without a desk. I ‘m very disappointed in this group, and I recommend that anyone considering them move on to someone else. They state the offer a 5% discount to seniors, it was never offered with me. I spent $787 with them, and the discount was not given to me.
Response from All Seasons Moving
"(Member name removed) called and reserved two men to unload his Household goods from his ABS moving truck. Our men showed up on May 22, 2014 and proceeded to unload the truck. While they were unloading they found there were quite a few broken items from the previous company who loaded the truck. When my head mover, Warren got to the desk they were barely able to get it off and into the garage. Warren felt it would not be safe for the two of them to carry it down the stairs themselves. During this time (Member name removed) told them it took four men to deliver it originally. Warren tried to get a third man out there that day to help move it but we had no one available. (Member name removed) told Warren to just to leave the desk in the garage. My men proceeded to finish moving the other items, then finalized paperwork with (Member name removed) and collected the full payment. Approximately a week later I received a message from (Member name removed) asking when we would be back to move his desk. When I called (Member name removed) back he was upset and threatened to take us to court because his move was incomplete. We were booked up at this time, but I set up a time to get back over there with a special heavy equipment dolly after we finished with an earlier move. I told him I would reduce our normal three hour minimum rate to help him out in getting his desk moved. We showed up around the scheduled time and no one answered the door. I tried calling his phone and left a message but no one answered or returned my call. Warren left a business card and proceeded to leave. Three to four hours later (Member name removed) called and said he got the card and was in the basement the whole time. I apologized and said I will get back in touch with him when we were able to get back there again. About 12 to 14 days later we had an opening in our schedule so I called to make arrangements to get back over there for a third time. When my men got there they told (Member name removed) we would reduce our rate from a three hour minimum which is $255 to a $100 minimum. (Member name removed) refused to pay anything so I told Warren to leave. I feel we went out of our way to complete (Member name removed) move. I feel he should have requested a three-man team originally knowing he had the big desk."

They even cleared some snow to make the job go more quickly, which was unexpected, due to their hourly rate. IOWs: they saved me some money. Not a thing was lost or broken or even scratched. Excellent!!

All Seasons Moving was excellent.  My two movers were very professional, nice, and careful with my items and moving them into my new house.  The guys had great attitudes, even with having to climb 3 flights of stairs at 8am.  They put down carpet runners and did not once hit into my walls which was a big thing for me.  Anything they had to take apart they put back together for me.  They even put together a table for me that I couldn't do myself because of the size.  I really enjoyed working with All Seasons and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company.

Everything went fine other than one broken glass and a table scratched, with wall bumped and needing to be repaired.  I would expect something like that to happen in such a move.  The only thing I would have liked was a little more contact with the "office".  Moving is a stressful thing and I needed/wanted a little more handholding through the process.  Now that I know them and know the level of the service I would not need that.

When it was time for me to move, I decided that the cost of an Angie's List membership would be well worth the price if I could save money and aggrevation. There weren't many recommendations for my area, but All Seasons had some good reviews, so I called them along with several other companies and All Seasons gave me the best price (other companies were $20-$50 more per hour).
On moving day Warren and Rob showed up on time and ready to go. They were clearly seasoned professionals. In just a bit over two hours  the furniture and boxes were packed and we were ready to go. At the other end, they had a long walk and two sets of stairs to tackle (there was a small extra charge for that, but it seems perfectly fair to me). Again, they were quick and efficient.  I can't say enough good things about Warren and Rob and will always be grateful and amazed at what an excellent job they did in the heat and up and down stairs. Thank you, All Seasons. You made a potentially exhausting and high-stress day much easier.

These guys deserved combat pay for cooperation and great service by the time they were done with our move.  Warren and Rob had to endure moving a large refrigerator down narrow stairs, as well as moving our other furniture and appliances down several sets of stairs and parking their truck on the street (not close to our front door) on the hottest day of the year so far (100+).  They deservedly took extra water breaks, and I felt badly that Rob had the early stages of heat stroke by the time they were unloading at the new house.  It couldn't have been an easy move for them, but they never complained, and they did a great job of getting everything moved and in place at the new house.  I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time with two guys. They both seemed very irritated being there. Looked at my boxes and made a negative comment about having to move them. I signed paperwork with a paper that told me how much the move would cost which was about $200 more than what I was quoted over the phone. I had gouges in the wall when they left which I had to pay for. They were very good about hustling never took a break. I bought them lunch and drinks. When they got done unloading they gave me my final bill which was almost double what they originally quoted me. I'm disappointed they made me feel like I was putting them out by moving me. Both said they were overworked and it was hard coming to my place to move me. Really??? I scheduled this move a month in advance. I will not be calling this place to move me again. I got their name from Angie's list and had a good rating boy I was fooled. I got moved and that's the main thing.

After a bit of delay (day after Memorial Day fishing trip oversleep), Warren and Rob arrived and in about 2 1/2 hours loaded all my worldly goods into the van -- boxes first, and there were lots of those, then the furniture. After everything was carefully woven into the puzzle, we headed out about 12:30 down US Hwy95 , stopping for gas and lunch food at Fighting Creek. After arriving in Moscow the van was emptied and everything placed in the house about where it should be. The guys were great to accommodate my placement desires. They also reassembled the beds. I couldn't be more pleased with how smoothly this move took place!

All Seasons Moving are absolutely excellent. They were persistent in getting the furniture where I wanted them to go. They were very careful. They were prompt, on time and communicated well with us. They were upbeat. They had a tough job ahead of them and they did a good job.

Called Spokane Movers to get an estimate on moving my mother from her home that she had lived in for 50 years.
We set a date and time for them to come and see what would need to be done. He called and showed up on time.
I didn't even bother getting another estimate as I felt $300 for 2 men and a moving van for 8 hours worth of work sounded fair.
Day before, they called to confirm time & date for moving.
Moving day, 9:00 van arrives with 2 guys. They did a walk through and evaluated the situation made a game plan and got to work.
I had everything packed in moving boxes in each room. They did take several breaks which were well deserved.
Once everything was loaded, we headed out for our destination about 1/2 hr away. I stopped and got some lunched for us so we could all eat before getting started unloading. At about 2:00 we started unloading and finished up about 4:30.
They couldn't quite get everything in the van and did offer to make a second run or go back the next day for it.
I called it good and well done.
Thanks guys for helping us make this move for my Mother & I a positive, easy, and fast one.
PS...If you need moving boxes, Home Depot is the best place to buy them :-)
Good luck with your move and may it be as Positive as mine was.

Jason did a pretty good job getting a couple of massive pieces up a difficult staircase.  He also did not charge us for their coffee break time. They did have a spot of trouble with the sofas going out the door and a table got a ding, but everything else was perfect.

Everything went great!  He called back promptly when I wanted an estimate and again the day before.  On time, courteous, and attentive.  Moving even a short distance like this is stressful especially the day after Thanksgiving, but All Seasons Movers put my mind at ease.  I think their charge is reasonable.  I'm a bit of a do it yourselfer, wanting to drive back and forth from one house to the other with things in my car trunk, but I knew I had to hire a professional for the bigger items, so I turned to Angie's list.  These movers worked well as a team, kept things moving, and got me to my new place in a bit under the time I had planned, put everything in its place as I designated in the new house.  Thanks, guys!
