Hired to finish some basement finishing work a prior contractor left undone. The first week or so went fine laying flooring, drywall, and installing an outlet. After that the work schedule got more sporadic and quality of work dropped. Three months into a project that should have taken by their estimate one month, and with only about half of the work complete, I was asked to pay an amount not part of the contract. And that was the last day I saw them. Everyone who has come to estimate the rest of the work has immediately commented on the shoddy tile work in the shower. Pursuing legal action against the bond and in small claims court. I had higher hopes for these guys given the Angi rating. For "project cost" along with the original estimate I've included the lawyer's fees and the cost for another contractor to complete the work.

Tore out old flooring in kitchen and put in new flooring and trim.

This team was AMAZING! The quote was prompt and on par. No additional costs involved after work started. Workers were on time daily and Mike was easy to reach at anytime and was always concerned with providing everything we requested. The finished product (an entire basement remodel + a new bathroom) came out beautiful. So glad I chose them and will be using them again for all my household construction needs!

The project was done well, and I appreciated the flexibility and the quality of the work. It took time to get scheduled and started - but once started, progress nicely. Mike and his team do nice work.

Great ? after having strokes I was unable to do it myself. They completed a french door, a greenhouse, painted my front door, added a screen door. All the work was done on a timely manner. They also took down old window shutters and replaced new ones. Thank you again for the spring project's completed

Mike and team are excellent to work with! Super fair, friendly, punctual, and keep you at the center of the project. I had another bid from another company on this site come out for a bid and they were going to charge me 10x what these guys did, seriously, for a job they probably knew nothing about and had no past experience. Mike knew exactly what he was walking into and had ran across the same problem with other turn of the century homes. Needless to say, I knew he was right for the job! Will definitely hire again. Heck, I'm already planning and budgeting for the next project! Very quality work and a trusting bunch. You will have confidence knowing they genuinely care about the quality of the work they're doing and your ultimate satisfaction!

There whole process was quick, and easy to work with, I told them what I wanted and they performed, fast electrical, no leaks in plumbings, drywall repair and texture match was spot on, could never be happier, I would high reccomend!
