They gave me a really good price. They came out and took care of the work exactly like they said that they would. It was premium service and product at a reasonable price.

It was a mixed nightmare and a blessing. The work was to be funded through the VA, as we had just bought the house through them and we could add the cost to the mortgage. We had already done the bid process and selected Air Control as the contractor to do the work, mianly because they had the product I wanted and informed me of a program where I could get the furnace and water heater for nearly nothing through the utility company's rebate program. I also wanted to be able to connect our new gas clothes dryer. The program turned out to be a blessing in that we wound up paying nothing out of pocket- wow. The nightmare came as I noticed that the spot for connecting our dryer had not been done and the connection they install for "future" connection was across the room from where it needed to be. When I asked about it I was told that "you are lucky I even did that for you as this is a SNAP install", referring to the rebate program. They also installed the wrong brand of furnace and wrong brand of water heater, definitely not what was agreed to and signed off on. When the thermostat was installed, it was a new programmable unit, very nice. The problem was that the 60 year old wiring for the previous one had only 2 wires and the new one required 5 wires. They just connected the new thermostat to the old wire , never explaining how it worked. That was most likely due to them knowing it would not function properly. After they left I noticed that the house fan, meaning not using the furnace for heat but just to circulate air, did not work. I called the company and they sent their senior tech out to fix it. He was here 6 hours running a new wire and explaining exactly how the furnace should have been installed. Not a happy camper. He was a wonder though and before he left he took the time to explain how the new thermostat worked and ran it though all its paces. The installers also put scrathes in my garage floor and in the driveway as the dragged out the old equipment. I also had to clean up oily metal shaving from the garage floor because they had not taken any precautions to protect the floor as they did their pipe-fitting. When they were all done we had to hire someone else, to the tune of $1250, to install the valve and connect our dryer. I would not even consider having the installing company back in the house to do what should have been done in the first place.

This is our second experience with Spokane Comfort Systems, the first was replacing a $6,000+ boiler in another house.

After our experiences with that project, actually moving the existing boiler to a much more user friendly place in the room, there was no question who was going to put in our A/C.

Rose came out and assessed the job.  We accepted the bid, set the appointment and paid a deposit.

She stays in tough via email or even text message and found some cheaper coils which reduced our bill.

The driver called first, and they were right on time this morning.

The job was horrible as the existing furnace was not installed properly and had to be taken apart and moved to make room for the coils.  It took considerably longer than they expected, but we are ecstatic knowing the job was done right and we will have more air flow now that it is installed properly.

Thanks Rose, thanks Sonny, Matt and Chris!  All 3 professional, knowledgeable and personable!

They were more than adequate. They were very appropriate in regards to appointment and to their time on the site. The price was fair and not exorbitant.

If we ever have a problem, they were very nice about coming out. We needed a write-up on how the whole furnace works. They were nice about coming out and doing that for us. They did it with no charge. I needed the backup information on previous bills. They've been very good about emailing anything I need. They went out of their way to help me out. Everything was just in tip-top shape. It's been verified that they've done a great job. I like them as a company. The people in the office are great. The people back in the repair shop are great. Their prices are pretty competitive.

They come out once a year to check the A/C system and then they come out before winter to check the heating system. I had them replaced parts and stuff and got a bunch of wasps in my heating system which would have caused a big problem if they have not done maintenance work on it.

I particularly like that this experienced technician did not resort to scare tactics. He was very calm and professional, explained everything he was doing and saved us money we don't have right now. Like having options when possible!

Complete satisfaction. Received prompt , courteous and professional service from beginning to end. From the first professional that found the problem, to those that explained and helped us choose a new furnace to those that installed and did the electrical work we received top quality advice and service. Could not be happier with Air Control and highly recommend this business.

Three repairmen came in the early morning and had all the tools and equipment that would need to complete the instillation of both the air conditioner and the heater. Yes we decided to replace both units. I did not watch them do their work, but at the end of the day everything was plugged in and working great. We were happy since it was installed in the hottest day of the year. The repairmen did a very professional job. It took about two weeks before the city inspector came by and approved the job.
We are very pleased with both the air conditioner and heater, especially when it is 100 degrees outside like it is today. Overall the job was finished on time and everything is working fine.

Our heater started having slow fan on issue. We realized that could be caused by the sensors. We called Air Control for a tune up. Randy came and asked questions about the his visit before starting his job. My wife told him what was happened lately on our heater. He went on his job and paid more attention into the issue we were having. He even told us the dirty sensors tributed to the problem we'd seen. As customers, we really appreciate the truthfulness of repairman that could explain the problem. He did his service very well and showed. We were very happy with the service. Next time, We will use Air Control and call for Randy again!

They were pretty good. We had a home warranty so it only cost us the co-pay. I would definitely refer them to family and friends. I would use them again in the future.

The heat was on and I noticed some weird things happening. I don't remember the price for the last service, but I know that the part was quite expensive. It was kind of like the mother board on the computer which tells the other parts of the heating system what to do and that went out. That had to be replaced and the part was like $400. So, I don't remember as to how much did they bill us to put it on. They were a known company. I have had them here before and they did their job. I didn't have any problems with it. So, I thought of having them back to take a look at the heater because there was a problem with it. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing. I didn't have anything to compare their price to. So, I don't know if it was a competitive price or not. I don't remember the price for the labor. However, I was willing to pay for it in order to have it done. I didn't search around for estimates since I needed my heater fixed. They were very efficient and quick. They were on time as well.
