They're awesome. Everything has been fine. He's telling you what he was doing and why he was dropping pebble. He started me for a little job and the next time we needed something little more, he came right away when he said he would and the price was just fair.

Saw them at a home show and I liked their "NON SALESMAN" approach. Had them come out and give me a bid and arranged service. I love that they seem to really want to get you the system that makes the most sense but not the most expensive, no high pressure sales stuff. They were very accomodating with the schedule and came out one day and removed the old heater (so I could work on the area behind the heater), came a couple days later as arranged and installed the new one.
These guys are very concerned with getting the job done right and at an affordable price. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

"This customer is a really great guy, and even ran into him at another home show about 8mths later and never mentioned anything to me about this. I wish he would've. He only told me that he has another project for me to help him with, and that he tells anyone he knows could use my services about me. I take A lot of pride in making sure all my customers are 100% satisfied. The air intake for the second pipe on those furnaces are not required if the room the furnace sits it is large enough, as far as the tape we used. This is the first time I've heard anything about any of this at all and wish we would've earlier so I could have taken care of that ASAP. Some of the jobs that we do seem quick to a homeowner, but that's because we already came the first day and removed the furnace for them to allow them the time they wanted to take care of the area behind the old furnace, so we only had put the new one in and hook it all up."
