He offered great advice and made the very stressful situation of needing a new roof much easier. The work was done beautifully and there was great communication about when the weather would hold out to be able to complete the job. I highly recommend Advance Roofing to anyone in need of a roof.

Excellent job repairing a water soaked roof. Stripped off two layers of roofing and replaced heavily damaged sheathing. Finished job and cleaned up in one afternoon. Expected job to last two days. New roofing exactly the same as the original. Cannot tell the difference. Pricing was outstanding compared to 4 other bids. Very satisfied and would recommend.

The sales pitch was very impressive. We were assured our roof would not be torn off unless shingles could be installed the next day. That did not happen. Upon tear-off, communication about scheduling the installation was inaccurate or not forthcoming. When we expressed concern about our unshingled roof and forecasted snow and cold we were brush off. Additionlly, the shingles were delivered on the ground, so installers had to lug heavy load up a ladder all through the installation process. When we expressed concerns about poorly adhering shingles upon installation, we did not hear back from anyone. We were convinced we would get a high quality, professional product, but what we got was no nowhere near the cost.
