"The window for arrival was for 12:00-2:00 pm, we arrived towards the end of that window but on time. The charges of 170.00 included sustantial pet urine treatments not just carpet cleaning. The reason for having to return was due to wicking from the pet urine treatments and not from anything missed or omitted, and of course there were no extra charges. We hope the return trip satisfied the customer and regret any lack of communication."
