I had a great technician come and work on my HVAC system and correct a heat loss problem I was having, but my experience with sales and billing with AAA was VERY POOR. I signed a contract stating I would pay $125 per hour for a technician to complete an assessment and make repairs to my ductwork with tape. The job took just shy of 2 hours and I was billed for 4 hours, materials, a convenience fee, plus I was charged for my $200 deposit instead of being credited for it. I honestly thought this was a clerical error because there was no way a 2 hour tape/hanging of ductwork job should cost $880.35. The first person from the office I spoke to about this discrepancy said I was being billed for time for the technician to make a special trip to the store and buy specific supplies for my job. I confirmed with the technician the supplies he used are basic and stocked on the truck and no additional trip to the store was necessary. I was then told it accounted for the time it took their worker to get from the main office to my house which is 10-12 min away. I still have no idea where the 2 extra hours of labor was coming from but it took all day and 5 phone calls with the salesman as the middle man between me and "management" and I was treated like a crazy person looking for a handout when all I wanted was to pay the fair price that was listed in my contract. After several "would you just pay X amount and meet us in the middle to make everyone happy", I informed the salesman I was ready to take my contract to the legal office to help get the contract and bill interpreted by a lawyer because I felt I was taken advantage of and was trying to be manipulated into paying for a mistake I was not a part of. With the 6th phone call I was told that I was right about the amount I should have been charged and everything prior was a miscommunication. No apology but at least I was no longer being overcharged. Again, the technician did a great job and was very professional but the sales/billing experience I had will deter me from working with this company in the future. Please read your contract and bill and know what you are being charged for because this miscommunication almost cost me An extra $545 and it took an entire day of arguing/being treated terribly to rectify.

AAA Heating and Air were very Profesional, courtious, 10-15 minutes early and great to do business with.

 Based on my experience I would have no problem recomending this company to others.

I purchased the Furnace Tune up deal via Angies List.  I promptly received a phone call to schedule appointment.  He arrived 5 minutes early.  He got to work right away.  He completed the labor in less than an hour.  He drilled a hole to look at some coils with a camera and covered it with tape. He found that my gas pressure was slightly low and adjusted it.  He made recommendations for future maintenance and filter changes. He was pretty focused on his task and seemed to know what he was doing.

Vern was friendly, punctual and professional.  He went above and beyond by answering all my questions and acquainting me with my gas fireplace.  We had just moved in and needed to know how to run it.  He showed me how to get into it and told me lots of information that I would have never found out on my own.
The furnace inspection went well.  He discussed upkeep and showed me various things to watch out for in the future.  Vern also gave us a requested quote on an AC install for next spring.
We have scheduled an install of a replacement part for the furnace for tomorrow.  Nice availability!

Darren was great to work with and they were great in staying in touch.  It did take a bit to get the quote but not an unreasonable time.  They were running late the morning of the install, but called and let me know.  They were quick and efficient with two working on it.  One did the electrical and the other worked on the installation of the unit.    Both were nice and worked very quickly to get it done.   The unit did not end up in the location I wanted but that was my fault for not going out when they came and making sure what Andy and I talked about was done.  So I was not upset by it.    The electrical was finished quickly and without having to do the outside run we though because he was able to fish it through the wall and he also pointed out some other issues he found  while is was in the attic for me to either address myself or have some do.   Really felt he was looking out for my interests and safety.   After he left the other installer quickly finished up and left.  The only negative I would say is more communication on registering the product and the numbers I would need and such written down.    I was told that  it was a longer warranty but when I went to register because I could not register the coils (none of the needed information visible) it cut my warranty in half.   They are just getting started up and for the price I think they did quite well.  I may have them come back and take care of some of the other electrical issues he found if I can't get to them.
