Chad and his journeyman tightened the wires in the outlets that a technician from another company loosened. This cut off the lighting in two rooms and disabled four outlets. I was anxious and concerned that damage had been caused. In a matter of minutes, they quickly determined all that was needed was to tighten things up. They also checked the main circuit board and updated a kitchen counter outlet to a GFCI. I am very happy with the service that was provided and feel that the cost was very fair and reasonable.
