They are fairly priced. They are not the cheapest. They are honest. They are very upfront about cost. They will let me know what I need to have done to the car. Also, what needs to be done in the future. They don't push on anything that I may not need at that time. They are informative.

I use them all the time because we have 4 cars. They gave us a discount. They have integrity and they always give us a thorough estimate before they do anything. If that changes while they are working they call to verify that I want the extra change. They always get me in quickly. Their prices are good. I will absolutely continue to use them.

AS I STATED ABOVE IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. MY DAUGHTER HAS USED THEIR SERVICE BEFORE, AND MADE THE APPT. FOR ME. NOONE LIKES TO HAVE TO PAY OUT HARD EARNED CASH FOR REPAIRS TO THEIR CARS, BUT FINDING AN HONEST AND COMPETANT SHOP IS A GREAT RELIEF. NOW I KNOW WHERE TO TAKE MY RIGS THE NEXT TIME.

Was very pleased. They were very professional and did their work carefully. Price was as estimated and I was called when they found and unexpected problem. Great communication. Will use them for all of my automotive repairs!!!

When my car first broke down the dealership told me that I needed a new water pump and a serpentine belt. I didn't want to pay the dealerships price, so I had my car towed home and started shopping for service. I called Walker's and told them I needed a water pump and serpentine belt. The quote they gave me was very competitive and I decided to have them do the work and had my car towed into their shop. Shortly after I went into the shop to sign the work order and to pick up the printed copy of the estimate. At this time I noted that the cost for the belt and associated labor had not been included. So the estimate was off. They also suggested that I have a system check once the new water pump was in to make sure everything was working correctly. I don't know much about cars, I depend on service people to take care of me and to make sure I understand what is going on. In the end I did not get the system check because I was out of budget and out of patience. I was left wondering why the estimate did not include the recommendation of a system check, if that was a common part of the repair? In the end the car is working fine. The work was done VERY quickly - but I really felt that Walkers could have done a better job of earning my business.
