I called on a Wednesday and had Alyssa come out the same day. She had the quote to me the same day. It was scheduled within 10 days. The painters were on time and did a fantastic job. I could not have been happier. I did not call anyone else as I was so impressed with the service I received. I will use this company again and will recommend to family and friends.

We highly recommend True Legacy Painting. Alyssa worked to understand our needs and made great recommendations. She communicated the plan each day and always did what they said they would do. They arrived on time and worked hard each day. They not only did an exceptional job of painting the interior of our home, but they went above and beyond. They even cleaned the ceiling lights and changed the batteries in the smoke alarms. We have recommended True Legacy painting to our friends and family.

Alyssa was great in painting Upstairs,Downstairs std two coats,back rolled using quality Sherwin Williams products. Alyssa of True Legacy Painting is one of the most straightforward, honest, and kind professionals I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. From the first consultation, she provided transparent pricing and gave the most comprehensive, thorough exam of our house and scope of the project, I had previously gone through ten other bids before landing on Alyssa, and I have to say their conduct left much to be desired. While some, granted, maintained a level of professionalism, many were too brief in their assessments or used patronizing language when discussing the project. However, Alyssa, at all times, remained on the level, caring not only about the quality of her work but about our vision. She worked during the later part of the season, overcoming a broken sprayer and inclement weather. She often worked hours long into the evening, intent on finishing our project before the onslaught of winter. Our house was a recent acquisition, a fixer upper with a disastrous prior paint job. Now, thanks to True Legacy Painting, our house looks brand new with a polished finish and a mind for the details. I cannot even begin to express how thankful we are to Alyssa and her hard work and will only hire her for any future painting projects. Lastly, I would like to take a moment to note that True Legacy Painting is the only woman owned painting business in Spokane and, to my knowledge, the only painting business who offers a transparent breakdown of pricing.
