Trevett Floor Covering

     The floors were installed by Eli Trevett-Lindquist and his father-in-law, Steven.   These men are highly skilled and thoroughly professional.  They are well-mannered, well-spoken, and appropriately dressed for their work.  With only one exception that was beyond their control, they arrived when scheduled and on time. The one exception was because material did not arrive when it was expected, and Eli called us early that day to tell us what happened and why they wouldn"t be in.  
      Eli and Steven went out of their way to do an exceptional job.  For example, they knew we wanted the grout to match the tile as closely as possible.  We had chosen from a sample card a grout color that looked like it matched the tile.  But when the grout came in, Eli and Steven saw that the actual product was much lighter in color than the sample.  They showed us the difference in color, and helped us select a grout color from another manufacturer that really did match the tile. 
      One day during installation, another contractor walked into the bathroom and unknowingly displaced the floor tiles that Eli had just laid.  Eli remained professional and put the tiles back where they were supposed to be without complaint.
      We tried to rehang a door ourselves, and thought we had dented one of the tiles in the process.  Eli examined the tile and showed us that it was just a little paint transfer from the door to the floor.  He removed the paint and the tile is as good as new.
      The problems that came up during the installation were caused by other people, and Eli and Steven fixed everything quickly and efficiently.  The tiles are laid out with both skill and artistry.  The floors are beautiful!
