Cary arrived promptly, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our blinds and carefully explained what needed to be done to remedy the problem,. Repair was accomplished with a referral to an appropriate repair shop. Cary returned and reinstalled the repaired blinds as he had promised. We were so favorably impressed that we also had Cary install a skylight shade. Again , we are totally satisfied and pleased with the finished work. We give Rapid Blinds our highest recommendation . 5 stars in every respect.
