MAID NATURALLY

I've had other housekeeping services before, but never one as thorough as this one. Every week I get an extensive checklist of exactly what they've done--dozens of items.

The staff was very friendly and punctual. My biggest complaint was once they were done the cleaning product that was promised as a first time customer was not received and when asked about it I was told they would check into it. Also, while sitting with my guests at Thanksgiving it was pointed out that some of the cobwebs I specifically asked to be removed was still there. I was disappointed and slightly embarrassed.

It went well at first. Then after a few years I felt that corners were being cut (e.g. cobwebs not taken care of) and the price went up considerably - beyond my budget.

They kept trying to make me change day they came to fit THEIR convenience, not mine. Plus quality was not always the same. I watched one girl try to spend 15 minutes cleaning, overcleaning, my toaster oven, to rack up more time.

At first I needed help with housecleaning just because I had a newborn. That was a year and a half ago and I've increased the frequency of services to weekly, where it used to be monthly. Such a wonderful feeling to come home to a nicely scented home, clean sheets, and folded laundry or whatever else I may need that week. Always leave things arranged lovely! Will never go without housecleaning help again! Plus my husband loves it too!

Maid Naturally is a fantastic housecleaning service.  They use all natural cleaning products, which has been great for us as I have many allergies.  They are on the pricey side but if you are looking for an all natural solution, they can't be beat.

Maid Naturally has been cleaning our home for over 2 years and we have been very pleased.  They do a very professional job and leave detailed notes on what they cleaned or did extra work on.  Small things have gotten broken or damaged, but that's the cost of letting others in your home.  (They've broken less than I would have!)  They know our dogs and are very comfortable being here when we're not, and that's a big plus for us.  All in all a very good and recommended experience.

We have been using Maid Naturally for a couple years now and are very pleased.  We started using them just occasionally at our older, smaller home and then used them for our move out/move in when we decided to use it as a rental.  We have used Maid Naturally in this much larger home for the past year.  We have always been extremely pleased with the quality of service we have received.  The team members do sometimes change, but it seems at least one team member is always the same and adding new members has never been a problem.  We appreciate the detailed checklists that they work from, although we do not find the detailed notes necessary, it can be fun to read what they sometimes find! (we have kids)  I like that I am able to leave them a priority or special request list if needed, but I do not have to and usually don't bother.  They leave my kitchen sparking clean, better than I have ever done it myself by far! I also like that if they finish early, they are honest about it and deduct that time from my bill.  I am rarely home when they leave these days.  They use natural products that leave my home smelling better than anything I have ever used!  The only reason I would ever stop using this service is that with a new baby, I may need to have someone in more frequently and it could become cost prohibitive.  (not their fault, it is just that getting someone independent in weekly or twice a week costs less sometimes) At this point I am undecided... it may be worth it to me to sacrifice the convenience of more frequent service to keep this amazing group of women that have been cleaning my home so well. I highly recommend!

We used their services several times. The employees worked hard, showed up on time and were very friendly. However, I got at least one different team member each time. 
They didn't seem experienced or well-trained enough. They didn't know to use different types of cleaners for different surfaces. 
They seemed to be so concerned about staying on their cleaning schedule and filling out their forms that they rushed through the cleaning. They would spend at least 10 minutes on paperwork while I was paying them to clean.  They missed little things and were more concerned about the appearance of clean rather than things actually being clean. They cleaned for me several times and I was hoping they would improve. 
The final straw was during one cleaning their vacuum cleaner broke. Understandable, things happen. The employee asked if she could use mine and explained that she had just spent 20 minutes trying to fix hers. She told me she would go over schedule by 20 minutes. No problem, I said. Little did I know, I would then be charged extra for that time. Really. Because her equipment broke. They charge $60 an hour, so I had to pay $15 for them to finish the job and use my vacuum. That was that.

They are expensive but I haven't compared their price. It is $120 for a couple of hours. So far the experience has been fine. They generally do a good job.

This company showed up on time and their employees were friendly. We were disappointed at the number of places that they cut corners and didn't do a thorough job. They left a check-off sheet indicating what tasks were performed but each time there were things checked off that obviously had not been done. Most of the things that were done were generally done well but a number of items were missed and/or showed a lack of attention to detail. We may have had too much area to cover for the time allowed but they did do an initial assesment. On a positive note, we did like the natural "green" products that they used.

It could not have gone better. The ladies from Maid Naturally arrived and we showed them what we wanted cleaned. They got to work and we got out of the way! They used their proprietary all natural cleaners and did an exceptionally thorough job. They identified areas that will improve as they continue, like hard water stains. They left a detailed list of what they had done. They are simply the best, and we've scheduled them to come back once a month. They are professional, exceptionally thorough, and a real value for the money.

The house was sparkling, floors spotless, carpet fluffy, dust disappeared, sinks and tubs sparkling. And no acrid odors. Just the faint smell of lavender.
